Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?Yes, we offer discounts for large or bulk orders. The discount amount depends on the quantity and type of items you're ordering. Contact us with your specific needs, and we’ll provide you with a custom quote.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes if your order has not yet gone into production. However, once production has started, we may not be able to make any adjustments.

How do I care for my customized items?To ensure the longevity of your personalized items, we recommend hand washing them with mild soap and water, especially for tumblers and mugs. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or placing them in the dishwasher, as this could damage the customization.

Do you offer refunds?Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a defect or error in the product that was caused by us.
